You will find Altars of Lilith in the Dry Steppes, Fractured Peaks, Hawezar, Kehjistan and Scosglen areas of Diablo 4. Finding every single one will boost your Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence and Willpower stats by +68 each. You'll also get +4 Paragon Points and raise your Murmuring Obols capacity by +100.
