Firestone in Monster Hunter Wilds is a type of material you can get from collecting a specific piece of the enviroment in one of the regions you'll explore in your adventure to reunite Nata with his home.
This material takes a bit of patience to find as it currently can only be harvested from one specific region in Monster Hunter Wilds, and even if you find the right parts of the environment you need, you're not guaranteed to get it. This one is all about trial and error.
On that note, here's where to get Firestone in Monster Hunter Wilds.
Where to get Firestone in Monster Hunter Wilds
In Monster Hunter Wilds you can get Firestone from Mining Outcrops in Oilwell Basin. To make your search less stressful, head into your region map and use the filter to show you all of the Mining Outcrops.
We've had the most success finding Firestone at the Mining Outcrops in Area 13 and in Area 7 of Oilwell Basin.
You'll know when you've got Firestone as a pop up notification on the right side of your screen will tell you. It does disappear quite quickly, so we recommend keeping an eye on that side of the screen while you're visiting an Outcrop.
Remember, to collect things from Mining Outcrops you need to walk up to it and follow the command prompt to interact with it. Then you need to continously follow the command prompt that appears to collect everything the Outcrop has to offer, this means you usually need to use the command three or four times to make sure you get it all.
