How to hide your helmet in Monster Hunter Wilds

If you want to see the face of your hunter in Monster Hunter Wilds, then you'll have to manually toggle the option to hide your helmet.

You can also just unequip a helmet in Monster Hunter Wilds to do this, but there's no point in missing out on useful stats and bonuses if you can just hide the helmet with a few button presses instead.

How to hide your helmet in Monster Hunter Wilds

To hide your helmet in Monster Hunter Wilds, head into your Tent, tab over to the 'Appearance Menu', then select the 'Equipment Appearance' option. All you have to do now is press the yellow toggle button to the right of the 'Head' armor to hide your helmet, but keep all of its stats and bonuses.

How to hide armor in Monster Hunter Wilds

The same applies to hiding all types of armor pieces (Head, Chest, Arms, Waist, Legs), underclothes, and pendants in Monster Hunter Wilds. That is, all you need to do to hide any of their appearances is to tab over to the 'Appearance Menu', select the 'Equipment Appearance' option, then press the yellow toggle button to the right of piece of clothing you want to hide, but keep all of its stats and bonuses.
