The best way to get Nourishing Extract in Monster Hunter Wilds is by killing the Guardian Seikret Small Monsters, or by repeatedly hunting the Large Monsters Guardian Arkveld and Zoh Shia in Low Rank.
Another easy way to get some Nourishing Extract is by trading Wyvernsprouts with Sekka in the Suja, Peaks of Accord settlement, which is accessible from the World Map.
While there are other Large Monsters that drop Nourishing Extract as a reward, Guardian Arkveld and Zoh Shia have the highest drop rates, and are fought at Low Rank, making them far easier hunts.
