How to get Dragonite Ore in Monster Hunter Wilds
You get Dragonite Ore by killing the Small Monster Kranodath, and by harvesting Mining Outcrops in the Basin and Cliffs regions in Monster Hunter Wilds. Kranodath are also found in the Basin region, so you can keep your search to one handy area.
Once you reach High Rank, you can also harvest Dragonite Ore from Mining Outcrops in the Wyveria region.
For specific locations, you can select Kranodath, or Mining Outcrops, from the 'Filter Icons' submenu of the map to quickly search for them.

You'll need to eliminate any Kranodath you come across in order to potentially add some Dragonite Ore to your inventory, as you're not guaranteed to get Dragonite Ore by killing Kranodath. However, it is one of the rare materials that can be obtained by slaying the monster whether you're in Low Rank or High Rank.

As for Mining Outcrops, keep in mind that they can drop materials other than Dragonite Ore. So you might have to go searching for quite a few Kranodath and Mining Crops if you're after lots of Dragonite Ore.
