Guardian Seikret Feathers in Monster Hunter Wilds are a type of material that you can only gather from one specific creature that can be found in one region.
Just like some other materials you can track down in Monster Hunter Wilds, like Flame Sac, you will need to wait until you reach Chapter 3 of the main story before you can start looking for Guardian Seikret Feathers. This is because the region you need to look in unlocks in this part.

How to get Guardian Seikret Feather in Monster Hunter Wilds
In Monster Hunter Wilds you get Guardian Seikret Feathers by slaying Guardian Seikrets that are only found in Wyveria. The Guardian Seikrets are a small monster that can only be found in Wyveria, so as we said earlier, you cannot collect their materials until you reach Chapter 3 of the main story and unlock that region.
Also, once it opens up to you, you can do the 'Spread Those Wings' optional quest to hunt six Guardian Seikrets and be rewarded with Guardian Seikret Feather upon completion as a quest reward. You can also harvest the Guardian Seikret you slay in this quest to get this material.
Guardian Seikret are, as you can guess, the Guardian variants of your loyal and beloved mount that's been with you since the start of your adventure.
Now, the handy thing is that they usually travel in packs of two or three but if you rile them up they can call for back up. We found it was a good idea to annoy the Seikret so that they do indeed call for back up Seikrets (if you're lucky) and you can increase your chance of finding a feather. However, causing a commotion in Wyveria is a dangerous game because you can get the attention of a larger monster you really don't want knowing you're there.
