To find Dragonbone Relic in Monster Hunter Wilds you need to search through Bone Piles once you reach High Rank. You must complete the first mission of Chapter 4, 'New Ecosystems' to reach High Rank - if you search for Dragonbone Relic before this point you will not find it.
We have had the most luck finding Dragonbone Relics at Bonepiles in Iceshard Cliffs and Wyveria, though it is possible to find them elsewhere this is where we've found the most.
Remember, you can use the filter on your regional maps to track down Bonepiles and make a waypoint to them so your scoutflies can take you on the easiest route there.
