Knowing how to customise your Seikret in Monster Hunter Wilds will help you add a bit of your own personality into the game. There are, of course, limitations to how much of a Seikret you can change (their species won't change for example) but there are enough choices to make them feel like yours.
However, before you can even think of changing how your Seikret looks in Monster Hunter Wilds you first need to progress far enough in the story to get a Seikret. Once you've finally earned your mount, you can then start to customise it.

How to customise Seikret in Monster Hunter Wilds
To customise your Seikret in Monster Hunter Wilds you need to head to your tent and select the 'Edit Seikret Decorations' option from the Appearance Menu. You can do this at your tent at base camp, at a campsite or through the smaller tent at the pop-up camp.
Selecting this will bring up a large menu where you've got three options for customising your Seikret. Remember, these are purely cosmetic changes, they won't change anything about your Seikret's stats or abilities.
Change Seikret Decorations
The first option on the list is to change Seikret decorations. Select this to flip through the different decorative options for your mount. Essentially, this is changing the saddle, reigns and helmet look for the Seikret depending on which style you choose from the ones currently available to you.
Change Seikret Pendant
The second option is to change the Seikret pendant. The pendant itself is usually tied to the pack on the side of your Seikret's saddle. Again, select this option to look through all of the pendant options and styles available to you. Also, you can currently only have one pendant equipped to your Seikret at a time.
Change Seikret Name
The third and final option is to name your Seikret. Just like your Palico's name and your character's name, the Seikret's name will be visble to other players in the lobby (if you allow it). There's no limit on how many times you can change this name, so if you don't like the one you choose then you can always change it.
Select the option then type in your desired name for the Seikret. When you're happy with it, confirm you want to use that name.
